I don’t have too many cleaning tricks however, I think everyone should know about A BEN A QUI. This product will do wonders on stainless steel cookware, enameled cast iron pots, glass bakeware and aluminum baking sheets. I first discovered it after burning the sh*t out of some sauce in a stainless steel pot. Giving it everything I had with dish soap and a Brillo pad made little to no visible difference. Things seemed hopeless until this panacea was introduced via an internet search and a trip to the hardware store. A little bit of the A BEN A QUI paste and I was wiping that unassailable crud off the pan with EASE. 

I couldn’t believe it at first. After erasing the majority of my cooking mistake, I scrubbed the rest of the pan with the paste and restored the whole thing to a state of near newness. The best part is that this stuff is environmentally friendly, non-hazardous, non-poisonous and non-toxic. It was developed in Vermont in the 1950’s and has the claim to being the oldest environmentally safe cleaner in the country.
